Resin Injection: Vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) for ≤1% void content
Surface Texture: Diamond/pebble/grit top patterns (Ra 3.2-12.5μm)
2. Pultruded Grating Line
Continuous Pultrusion: Produces grating bars at 0.5-2m/min (standard widths: 25/38/50mm)
Automatic Assembly: Robotic cross-rod insertion with ultrasonic welding
