The cooling tower packing bracket optimizes heat exchange through ​structural engineering and fluid dynamics:


​Fill Layer Support & Water Distribution:
Grid structure (250×300mm spacing) with T-shaped hollow ribs evenly distributes water flow, reducing resistance and forming continuous thin films on fill surfaces to enhance evaporation.


​Air-Water Counterflow Interaction:
The bracket-supported fill layer maximizes gas-liquid contact area (specific surface area 1215-700 m²/m³). Upward airflow penetrates fill pores, exchanging heat with downward water via evaporation and convection.


​Dynamic Load Balancing:
High-strength FRP or aluminum alloy materials with heavy-duty bearings withstand instantaneous overloads (e.g., water impact in high humidity).
